Oorja is hiring dynamic Project Associates to join our Project Management team that handles grant fundraising, partnerships, impact monitoring, and program management.
As Project Associate, you will be responsible for researching and evaluating fundraising opportunities, preparing applications to pursue these opportunities, establishing contact with potential partners, and preparing business proposals. In addition, you will supervise data collection, perform data analysis, and prepare reports for internal and external audiences.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 1-2 years of relevant professional experience (preferably in the social enterprise space or development sector)
✔️ Strong English writing skills, proficiency in data analysis and presentation skills
✔️ A self-motivated multi-tasker, flexible individual who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment
✔️ Experience in proposal writing, data analysis, and impact management is a plus
